Details of existing or potential conflicts of interest relating to the administration of benchmarks provided by Commerzbank are disclosed to Users of a Commerzbank benchmark upon request. “Users” shall mean any party that “uses a benchmark” as defined in Art 3 section 1 (7) of the EU Benchmarks Regulation (2016/1011).
